I found your site to have a good selection of flower arrangements. 2 issues: (1) I chose a Best Value arrangement by local florists, which understandably did not show a picture, but also gave no indication whether a vase was included. (2) Final price with shipping and tax should have been given before billing information.
Followup: The flowers were delivered in a vase. The arrangement was full, colorful, fresh, and beautiful.

Was easy to complete order. However, it was not quite what I ordered, lacked the mixture the photo showed. Also I was surprised that it was shipped from Miami and not from a flower shop in Atlanta.Also I thought that it included a glass vase, it did not.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
