My mom loved the beautiful roses!
I appreciated the prompt delivery on the day I specified. The flowers received were an incredible disappointment and looked no where like the picture. I payed extra for the deluxe bouquet expecting a large filled vase. I got the smallest of vases with very few flowers that I could have bought in the grocery store for $15.99 and I paid $60! I will never order again and feel that this was a major rip off.

I thought with being a amazon prime member I would get free shipping but to pay for each item going to the same address and being charged $42.00 is a robbery will never order anything again only reason is I want it by Easter. Today April 10th I ordered the baskets for my 3 granddaughters in KY.and found out that all 3 baskets were delivered at different times and 2 should have been same size and the 3rd the same except for a bear but my oldest Tatum was unhappy because hers was smaller then the other two but I guess that is what you get when ordering on line without actually seeing them,but as I shared before unhappy about the price I paid for all going to the same address,so I have learned from this order,Jackie.
Being able to order day before a birthday and deliver the next day was huge. I didn't mind paying a bit more that delivery service. Thank you.

I was sent a picture of the flowers from the person who got them, they are beautiful, but they are not the bouquet that I ordered. They are the wrong flowers.

The arrangement that was delivered was COMPLETELY different from what I ordered. It was multicolored flowers instead of the white and green arrangement I ordered, the wooden box was plain as opposed to the decorated/carved one I ordered. However, the recipient loved the arrangement and the flowers were pretty, so my rating is still a good one.
It would of been nice to know what the shipping charges would be and not RIGHT at the very end when it is almost too late to change your mind.
Website was very easy to navigate and the choice in Easter baskets was good. I have not seen the baskets because of the quarantine. That is why the rating on price and basket was low.

Only one of my Easter Baskets was delivered in the beginning, as both of them had the same last name and the florist had checked the items as being delivered. I talked to a very nice customer representative and he got it straight, and the other basket was delivered in a few hours. They were very helpful.

I bought a delux (upgraded) flower bouquet, and I got the type that the florist would choose which flowers to include, but when the recipient sent me a photo of the flowers she got, I was very disappointed. The flowers were primarily cheap flowers, like carnations, and it wasn't a very full bouquet. It looks significantly cheaper than the price I paid. I'm embarrassed of the bouquet I gave her now. :(
Flowers were lovely and delivered on time. I was not happy with the fact that when I purchased on line it said free shipping but when I called they asked for a code. There was no code on the ad.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
