When my order was unable to be delivered on the specified day, I received a very thoughtful phone call from the company apologizing and offering to upgrade my order and include a note of explanation with the next available delivery. I am very appreciative and satisfied!
The flowers were not delivered on the recipient's actual birthday as planned (but 2 days later); however this company made it right by excellent customer service beyond even what we asked for. Excellent integrity.
They said they were going to upgrade my delivery since they were not able to due it on the day I wanted but then they didn't upgrade it which was unfortunate

The arrangement that first arrived was substandard. After I contacted customer service, a new, good arrangement arrived. It still looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. Recipient liked the second arrangement, but I was still VERY disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
