The flowers were left at a neighbors ACROSS the street never mind that they did not know one another as well as icy street. My friend called him, no answer, saw him outside the next day and he said she was welcomed to come and get them. She is older and not sure footed and neighbors are not the same as in the olden days.

I was very disappointed that I paid the extra fee to have the flowers delivered before noon and they weren't delievered till 3-4pm. You guys did refund my 4.99 fee for expediting, but it was for my moms birthday and I wanted them delivered in the morning. Oh well
