I think if the site says NEXT DAY it should be the next day: maybe have a cutoff time each night but deliver it next day I just ordered flowers on Saturday night WHY does it take until Tuesday to deliver. I think it should be the next day. And I thought that the picture on the vase would've been on the vase not just a piece of paper. For the price it was garbage

Another issue, its far behind expectations what I ordered & what has been delivered & paid for although I.ordered premium option to get the best quality.
Took two days to be delivered. When delivered, left outside, even though my family was there. Very disappointed customer. First and probably last time using this flower service.
