The process was simple and quick

The process was simple and quick. I paid extra for a guarentee time of arrival and the deleivery driver did not make it there until around 2pm. The flowers were in great condition, but I also added the bear and I am being told that the bear was not working when it arrived.

Such fast turnaround for delivery. Would hope to pay less in delivery charges, however. The price of the delivery was half the price of the flowers! Still, the person who received them thought they were beautiful, and the customer service rep was fantastic when I needed a small issue resolved.
