They were unable to make my delivery the next day, so I received an immediate follow up email and phone call which I greatly appreciated. They delivered the flowers the next day to my mother and she loved them! They looked beautiful, and I was also given an upgrade and a credit. It was so above and beyond what I was expecting, I will NEVER buy flowers anywhere else again!

The flowers arrived droopy and looked hodge podged together. I can hardly believe that a florist put these together, I have seen better arrangements at my local Kroger. I paid darn near $50 dollars all together, and I am not satisfied.
My only complaint was the flowers weren't delivered on the specified day & time, they were delivered a day late.
