This is first time I've ordered from you, so hope it goes well for delivery and the flowers will look like the picture. The person I sent the flowers to did receive them and loved them. I didn't personally get to see them, but assume they are what I ordered...as long as she loved them, that's what counts. Thank you.

Do not buy from From You Flowers if you expect same day service. I should have checked the other reviews before ordering. I connected to this site by searching Flowers Today for a birthday delivery. Placed my order at 8 am EST for a west coast delivery & got confirmation. They emailed me late in the afternoon that they could not make the ordered delivery in Seattle the same day. Said that they would deliver the next day (after the birthday) with extra blooms. It was only when I pushed them, that they offered to refund 20%. Got a $12 coupon for a new order of flowers that expired in one week instead of a refund. After many emails and pushing, I got a $6 refund and the $2.99 additional charge spent for same day delivery. Going to check my credit card bill carefully since my confirmation said my charge was $54. Terrible customer service.
I Ordered the flowers in what was supposed to be a "MILK JAR"...they were delivered in an ugly vase! Not happy!
I wish you would tell how much the delivery charge is before the final screen. That said, the flowers were for a funeral which was out of state and I could not attend. I spoke with a family member after the funeral. She said the flowers I sent were really beautiful and that they looked healthy, strong, and fresh. She said she expects them to last several days longer than a lot of the arrangements they received.
Although I received many communication from foryouflowers, I did not receive a receipt in a format that is usable for my expense reports.

The shopping experience was very easy and affordable prices. I'm nervous about what the flowers will look like. I hope they flowers are nice. Flowers were delivered a day later and were nothing like the picture. The flowers shown in the picture were in the arrangement, but it was very small and only a few flowers. The case was not even the size that too was very small. This was a sympathy delivery and when the driver got there he first stated he was collecting money for poor children and when the recipent stated not interested, he states ok I have flowers for you. Really? I will never use this service again. Total waste of my money the flowers where worth about 20 bucks not 65.
I was not happy with the arrangement. Yes it had the elements pictured but what my mom received was one half the size that it appeared on the website and was short one rose.
Cost to me almost 50.00 dollars.
Cost to you...Maybe $5.00 dollars in material and delivery cost.
Even the ribbon on the vase was skimpy.
