Utterly disgusted the lack of care from florist involved was awful i change the fact they ruined the day for me. It took 4 phone calls&3 days to fix this nightmare. Very very unsatisfied customer

Service and Handling charges should be published up front instead of as a surprise at the end of ordering. Very disappointed in this surprise.
We tried to check on delivery of this item and your web site informed us that the item was delivered however they could not contact the florist so they did not know for certain and would try again and let us know when they had the information. Still have not heard back. Luckily our daughter called that evening and informed us they received the flowers. We are 3 days later now and still no information from you aboutthe delivery.
I have used your service before and I love the way the flowers are fresh and the arrangement. I only had one issue with a delivery for a funeral when the flowers were delivered elsewhere. However, I was satisfied when another delivery that was made to home for no charge after speaking with a manager. Thank you
I ordered a beautiful cross that was supposed to go on a stand for my friends funeral service and graveside service. I got to the church and it was not there. I had even paid extra to make sure it would arrive in plenty of time. When I saw we were only 30 minutes away I called them and they called the florist they sent it off too and they said they were having trouble getting the parts. I told them to just make a pretty colorful spray of what ever they had. I needed it for the funeral service right away. They could not even do that. They said they could try and drop it off at her house sometime later in the day. Well It was for the service and gravesite. Not a regular bouquet of flowers. It was not cheap. It was beautiful, if they would have made it. They never even called and told me. If I had not been there I probably never would have known.
I was surprised to service costs added to the final price
The person that I sent this too said that the flowers were pretty but there was no Happy Birthday balloon as I had ordered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
