The website made it very easy to find an arrangement that I thought would please my dear friend. The delivery was in accordance to the scheduled estimate. And I would say the flowers met my expectations as far as being fresh; however, the size of the arrangement was very misleading. The arrangement was no bigger than my hand. I usually order from Teleflora, and I have always ordered the standard size, which have always been of pleasant size. The reason I chose to switch companies this year was the freshness of the flowers from their chosen partners failed to meet my expectations two consecutive orders. I tried to contact customer service on two occasions, but due to my busy schedule I was unable to hold for the long wait times. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Good day.

Easy to use website and easy to shop through the Speedy rewards program. You earn a lot of points on your Speedy rewards card. I saw a picture of the flowers I sent and it looked better than the picture even portrayed. My sister's family was delighted!

I purchased a beautiful flower arrangement for my best friend's birthday. I paid extra for same day delivery and also paid for delivery before noon. The flowers were not received until 12:45pm and when they arrived to her work and she sent me a photo I was shocked! The arrangement looked nothing like the picture, there were NO roses, nor any filler flowers or filler baby breath or greens. After paying over $60 for what looked like something you cold get from the grocery store for $10 I contacted fromyouflowers (sending them both a picture of the item I purchased and a photo of what was received). They responded by saying they would correct the issue and resend the correct bouquet. I was happy with the fast response, however I then received a call the following day saying the florist has refused to redeliver the correct arrangement and that they would refund me $15 of my purchase price! This is not what they had already agreed to do in writing. If this problem is not rightfully resolved I will NOT be using this website ever again. Buyer beware!

The last order I received was great, however it was delivered two days late.

This one also arrived the next day, yet I paid the same day delivery fee. The arrangement was much smaller than I had thought and honestly not very happy.

I'm not sure I would order again as both times, I paid the extra fee and the flowers arrived late. Not too impressed.
