Very easy and efficant! Product was beautiful and affordable. Really liked the delivery notification especially since it was a surprise.
The last order I received was great, however it was delivered two days late.
This one also arrived the next day, yet I paid the same day delivery fee. The arrangement was much smaller than I had thought and honestly not very happy.
I'm not sure I would order again as both times, I paid the extra fee and the flowers arrived late. Not too impressed.

I sent an email that the arrangement was not "arranged". I could have bought the same arrangement at the local Krogers for $10. It didn't look like the picture at all. I will never use this service again.

I ordered Flowers For My Father that is passing away. I wanted same day delivery and ordered them before 10:00 a.m. on a Friday. The Flowers were delivered Saturday afternoon sometime and looked nothing like the picture showed them to. I did get a $5.00 credit but, do not send Flowers often. Thank you and, Good Luck
