I ordered this arrangement for a 4year ols'd birthday and paid extra for same day delivery, witch was withdrawd from my account right away - so order was accepted by you!
The arrangement was delivered 48hrs late!
Customer service added 2 baloons and a sorry card - but frankly a 4 year old couldn't care less about that - she didn't understand why it didn't arrive on her birthday.

I paid extra for day of delivery for birthday flowers for my beautiful aunt. Was called *******@7pm to be told they would not be there that day but will give a free upgrade and deliver the next day. I was upset but agreed for the delivery of the next day before 3pm since she would be leaving at that time. Flowers still did not arrive but called her to confirm if she would be home and then delivered to the day after. Flowers were pretty but did not look like an upgrade. Feel disappointed and overcharged.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
