The flowers depicted on the web site did not match the product that was delivered. The delivery had bulbs with about 1" sprout, where the picture shows fully grown blooms.

I order an Easter bouquet and Easter balloon. The bouquet I ordered I thought had plastic colored eggs in the vase, but the arrangement didn't have that. The balloon said Hugs, it didn't say Easter. I was a little disappointed.

A $15 service fee for what? The cake flower arrangement went as a gift to my mother in Idaho, not to me. It was delivered to the correct place which is why 5 stars on everything that did not have to do with a $15 service fee.
I've ordered from this site several times and have never had a problem. On this last order, I did have a problem. I responded to an email for free delivery. I went to the email and placed my order. Everything on the order review page looked correct, so I clicked the Place Order button. When the order processed and the order summary page appeared, I was charged the $14.99 fee that the email I responded to said was free. I have never ever had the price of my order change between the order review and order summary page. I'm trying to resolve with customer service, but they have not been very helpful so far.

Not the premium product we expected and paid for
I found your site to have a good selection of flower arrangements. 2 issues: (1) I chose a Best Value arrangement by local florists, which understandably did not show a picture, but also gave no indication whether a vase was included. (2) Final price with shipping and tax should have been given before billing information.
Followup: The flowers were delivered in a vase. The arrangement was full, colorful, fresh, and beautiful.
