I was very dissatisfied the flowers that was my friend received or not even the flowers that I chose and when I tried to have the order redone the flowers still were not the right ones never use you all again

Flowers did not seem as full as pictured. There were fewer red flowers than pictured, which is the recipients favorite color and why I picked that arrangement.

It was fine. It turned out to be more than I expected though. But when I saw the flowers they were nothing like the flower's I ordered. Contacted customer service & they are sending out new flowers on Monday. Customer service was very helpful & understanding. I feel better about the whole thing now. Thank you.

Our order was not delivered on in was delivered the next day,granted the product was enjoyed by our loved one. How ever l was lured back to the site after l ist went there and left before making the purchase. They sent me a email promising the fee of 14.95 would not be charged if l did make the purchase so l did buy from them for the first time but am sorry we did. We were going to compare charges over 2 or 3 sites to pick the flowers we wanted. So not only didn't deliver on time they overcharged me too. Not happy at all

Never received the flowers

Never received the flowers. I paid extra charges for same day and the extra money for 4hr shipping. I had to call the place 3x to find out that the florist said they'd "likely" deliver them. I should've been notified. Especially because I was sending them to a place that he wouldn't be at the following day. S either the florist or this site should've contacted me.

The flowers that were delivered looks nothing like the picture I ordered off the internet. I ordered specific colors and they were not even close to what my sister received on her birthday. Very poor looking compared to what is shown online. Tried to contact customer service but after being on hold forever I became upset even more and hung up.

The arrangement that was delivered resembledaabsolutely NOTHING like the image displayed on the website. When I called to advise of my disappointment and advised that the arrangement was NOT what I paid almost $100 for...i was offered a 2nd arrangement...which also looked absolutely NOTHING like the image displayed. I expressed that even if the arrangement was a smaller version, it should've still resembled what I paid for...neither arrangement did. Horrible experience! After 23 years i FINALLY got to se d someone flowers for the 1st time...they messed this up for me...twice! NEVER Again! Miami Gardens, FL area
