Very easy
Ordering the flowers was easy but they were delivered late & damaged. It was so embarrassing. Recipient called & complained it was damaged. I paid additional fees for morning delivery, meaning it would be there before noon.I called & customer service, I told it was late arrival. They did not offer a refund on the expired item, instead they told it was delivered & resolved. They would send new bouquet to recipient but said they return my service fee. Very disappointed eith the CS representative! I will never recommend this place. I already told 3 people at work not to ever, ever purchase flowers here.
Very good communication. My delivery did not make it same day but they called and emailed and even called the recipient to apologize. They gave me a complimentary upgrade for the delay. Amazing super fantastic customer service. I am the General Manager of a Hilton hotel and good service is sometimes rare. Excellent job all the way around. Thank you!
Quick, easy, great value
Just received Thank You from recipient of flowers and they were very pleased. I didn't order a vase so the roses arrived in a box. The only comment was that while the colors were gorgeous some were just buds...but the website stated they send them like that so they will open over a few days time & last longer.
My shopping experience was easy and using Coupon for Free delivery made these really affordable.

I ordered these and paid extra to have them delivered same day. They were for my Mother's Birthday, and they did not deliver them until the next day. No call, no email, nothing telling me that wouldn't be delivered on time. I am most upset about this. If they couldn't deliver them ON her birthday, I should have been made aware so I could at least have the option to cancel the order and use someone who could. Very dissatisfied.
Great flowers but I see no difference between the premium flowers i paid for, from the regular,cheaper size.
I liked the website for ordering. Everything about the website was visually pleasing and mostly intutitive to use. The layout of photos of different arrangements as well as the pre-categorization of arrangements by say, funeral, etc., was extremely helpful.
I liked that fromyouflowers offers the deliver within 4 hours option as I was ordering at the last minute. This service is what sold me on trying your service.

I missed/did not catch the $14+ "service / handling fee" or whatever it was. Because this didn't seem to be prominently advertised, or because it seems I didn't get a chance to cancel the order once I saw the fee, it's unlikely I will use your service in the future, unless I'm desperate.
Would like to see more variety for men.

I've searched four websites and didn't feel like I had found the "right" bouquet. But within five minutes on yours I had found the perfect one.
First time using site. Pretty easy to navigate, except to remove or edit and item. But, other than that it was good.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
