I ordered flowers for my wife when I was not home. The flowers were not brought to my wife, but to the front desk and nobody informed her about the package. Just on next day I asked my wife to check for my gift. After 24 hours the flowers quality, without water, was different that I expected. Regretful, the surprise did not happen.

IT IS SIMPLE, TO THE POINT AND NOT CONFUSING.
My flowers were supposed to arrive before noon. They arrived about 5 p.m. Delivery person could not find place for delivery and stated that there was no such address. It was confirmed to be a valid address on google earth and with a little tweeking, I got the flowers.
Would like to see the order total (including shipping, etc) prior to entering my credit card information.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
