I was sorta satisfied, It was not your companies fault for the delivery delay, regardless before giving us the option of same day delivery other companies should let your company know they do not do Sunday deliveries, this was the reason I choose you to get my daughter flowers for her birthday on her birthday, It just was not the same a day afterwards. But thank you for trying your best.
I paid to have the delivery on Sat the 7th. As of Monday the 9th it's still not there! Yes, I was refunded my same day fee, yes I recieved an upgraded gift basket. But the point was to deliver it someone's birthday, not three days later...

Well, first of, the order was late 1 hour and a half, even though I paid an extra fee to get before 12am.
The flowers were not the ones that I ordered.
The flower arrangement I ordered was NOTHING like what was delivered: cheap carnations?!? I ordered an arrangement that included lilies, NOT CARNATIONS. It was for a funeral!
I have had a good experience so far. I have not yet received my flowers however.
The flower arraignment was to small and the flowers were old not happy at all with this purchase it was terrible I don't think I'll be buying from you guys again
The inability to opt out of future emails combined with the "check this if you don't want us to mail you a junky magazine" is really shady and I won't recommend you to anyone.
