I was sorta satisfied, It was not your companies fault for the delivery delay, regardless before giving us the option of same day delivery other companies should let your company know they do not do Sunday deliveries, this was the reason I choose you to get my daughter flowers for her birthday on her birthday, It just was not the same a day afterwards. But thank you for trying your best.

I paid to have the delivery on Sat the 7th. As of Monday the 9th it's still not there! Yes, I was refunded my same day fee, yes I recieved an upgraded gift basket. But the point was to deliver it someone's birthday, not three days later...
