Easy process, great selection.
Great
I thought this was very straight forward. I am very happy with my first experience buying flowers.
Flowers were beautiful just as pictured.
Great service so far. It appears my request for early delivery was never communicated to local florist.
Great
I paid for same day delivery and they were delivered a day late.
The flowers my daughter received and the ones I chose were no the same and even the vase was different.
Great!
I ordered a balloon bouquet for a friend with expidited delivery so that she would have them before we met for lunch. I received a delivery notice at 9AM and when I met my friend for lunch I asked about the balloons; which she had not received. Called customer serivce after our lunch and wait for 12 minutes before receiving assistance. I was told that the florist had entered the wrong code which had triggered the delivery notice (they should've keyed in an out for delivery code). I request a refund of my epidited delivery fee which the rep agreed to do. I was asked if I would recommend them or use them again and I said no. The rep offered a partial refund which I refused. I told her to keep the money and that I simply planned not to use them again. I was placed on hold while they process my expidited fee refund, and when the rep reconnected I was told that my order had been refunded in full. That's not what I wanted, and nothing that I asked for. I will give them another chance, if only to make up for the full refund, which was unnecessary. I'm just not certain if I can trust them to deliver in an expidited manner. My friend did receive her balloons at 1:30PM, and she says that ske liked them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
