I've used your service before and this was the first time I saw the floral arrangement. I hope the others I've sent in the last looked better. There were a few of the smaller purple flowers broken and a few of the lilies didn't look fresh as the petals were a bit translucent on the edges. I was disappointed. My employee at the office enjoyed them and in the end its the thought that counts. However I was disappointed.
My mother was thrilled with the flowers she received. Overall, this was a great shopping experience: the options are extensive, the prices are reasonable, the service is good, and most importantly: my mom is happy! All around a great experience!

I sent the flowers to my girlfriend who is staying in Florida at the moment. Judging by the picture she sent me they are beautiful, and they were delivered in a very timely fashion.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
