My last order was upsetting because of the poor condition of the flowers (hence the gift certificate that was given to me). I pray that the quality of these flowers are superb and bring a smile to the family during their time of sorrow.
(3/10/2015) I know that you're not specifically responsibile for the flowers, but your vendors are. This vendor for this delivery did a great job and the recipient was overjoyed with the flower arrangement.
Basket was not put together as shown in picture. Price of basket with service and delivery charges became very expensive for what was received.

Very easy to navigate the site. I ordered the deluxe flowers for my friend. The flowers looked just like the regular size. I was very disappointed she didnt get more flowers like I paid for.

The Fruit basket looked like it was put together like a 5 year old did it. Fruit did not match what was in the picture nor did the candy match what the picture looked like either. I would have to guess these guys just went to the grocery store grabbed some fruit with the stickers left on it and Halloween candy and shoved it in a basket. I could've done the same thing CHEAPER! Not Happy with Paying $65. For that. Next time I'll think twice.
Order was not delivered on the promised date. There was a snow storm on the promised date, however a call from your customer service department would have been appreciated if delivery could not be made. In addition I should not have been charged the same day/weekend fee.

My daughter received the flowers and sent me a photo of them and it looked nothing like the pic you have on your website. To me there were hardly and daisies and there were pink roses, not light pink either, which the whole bouquet on the pic was purple and violet. I specifically wanted that one you had on your website as my daughters favorite color is purple and she was just in a car accident and I wanted her to smile. She had told me the some of the flowers looked half dead. So the ordering was fast and the delievery was fast but the product was not up to par at all.

I poaid extra for delivery and it did not get there in time. When it did arrive it was not the whole order and they had to bring the seccond part back. Presentation is everything and had I wanted my purchase brung to the reciepant in two seperate orders I would have ordered it that way.
