I didn't actually get the flowers, they were delivered to a friend. They were on time and she was pleased.

I ordered the "Premium" selection on my flowers. I thought my flowers would at least look like the picture or better, as it states. They did not. The yellow "roses" were the tiniest roses I've ever seen in my life. I doubt the buds will ever open and if they do, they sure won't look like roses, they are so small. There were maybe 3 lilies in my bouquet, which is what is shown in the picture. I thought I would get more with the premium bouquet as it states. A little disappointed with what I received, but the service was good.

(3/10/2015) I know that you're not specifically responsibile for the flowers, but your vendors are. This vendor for this delivery did a great job and the recipient was overjoyed with the flower arrangement.
Basket was not put together as shown in picture. Price of basket with service and delivery charges became very expensive for what was received.
The flowers and vase were perfect. They arrived within a day, with a Sunday delivery. Great price. Exceptional service.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
