After the initial problem of confirming that the flowers were delivered which was a lie, yhr complimentary delivery to my granddaughter was appreciated.
The flowers I received looked nothing like what I had ordered. It stated that roses would be included and none were. I specifically chose those flowers because they were my friends favorite color and when she received them there was not even 1 flower of that color. I was highly disappointed and when I contacted customer service they just said shops could change flowers and colors depending on season and availability, but they looked nothing like what I spent over 50 dollars on. They did give me a 10 dollar off coupon for future purchases but I had already received one from the website and you can only use one per purchase so it's a worthless coupon. I tried to send my best friend flowers for her birthday that were her favorite color to just look like I was cheap and a joke. I'm still very angry and upset and regret ordering with this site. I could have used the 50 dollars somewhere better spent.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
