The delivered flowers are different that the ones from the Ad and instead of 5 roses there were only four
I requested red vase with my order but a clear one was sent. I was charged extra for the red vase and it was never credited. I called customer service and waited on hold and never got to a customer service rep after a 6 min hold time and ended up hanging up. I emailed customer care and expect that I will get my credit for the extra I paid for the red vase. Annoyed that it wasn't sent correctly in the first place.
Flowers were delivered on time as promised, only problem was I was charged a higher price then what was advertised on the web site.

I would like to see the cost of the shipping charge
To know what day to choose to have them delivered. I wasn't sure if it is 1 cost no matter what day you choose it to be delivered with the exception of the same day.

Was very impressed with the flowers and bear that were sent to my friend's daughter. The florist even called me (since it was a surprise) to verify that someone would be home to receive the delivery. This really brightened a little girl's day.
