Absolutely disgraceful. The flowers that my sister received we NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered on the Foryouflowers.com website. I should be demanding a full refund I am so digusted with this company. This is the second time I tried to use this ridiculous service and WILL NEVER EVER again. I have posted on Twitter, Instagram, and FaceBook so far to make sure no one else gets ripped off. What a joke. My 8 year old could have put together a better looking arrangement. What a horrible company. The only thing they did right was to deliver it on the correct day after charging and extra $18 to do so. NEVER USE FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM
Overall it was an average experience. I paid extra for my order to arrive within 4 hours. Half of my order did and I had to call on the other half. I was told I would be refunded the extra fees. I guess I'll see what happens with that and decide whether you're going to be my go to for other purchases.

They did not put the card and greetings that i had requested. So the person receiving the flowers did not know who it was from.
Very simple process. They were ordered less than 24 hour and delivered. Beautiful! Got lots of compliments on the arrangement. In fact they could only choose a couple to take to off site grave site 2 hours away and mine were chosen.

I thought was fair for what was offered, but 15$ for shipping and handling a bit steep.
I accidently entered the wrong delivery address. When I realized it, I called customer service and they were able to get it corrected and delivered to the right place. Very great experience, will use them again!
I was extremely disappointed on delivery time as it was time sensitive. I ordered for same day and they were not able to deliver until the following day. I will say however, they did upgrade the arrangement in compensation. It was nice that I was able to order from Canada and have them deliver in the US. My overall experience was good.
My experience was great the product was aweful it did not look like the picture there where's two very ugly roses and only 2 lillies
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
