The worst experience ever. I paid for expedited service ordered this product for a specific purpose in a limited time frame for use of this product, this was supposed to be delivered in the morning, I received the order at 4pm. I overpaid for a service that was not delivered. The representative I spoke to named Jennifer could not have been more pleasant and professional, but that does not change the fact that that I paid for and expedited service guaranteeing a morning delivery, and I did not receive it. The delivery person was totally unprofessional, his appearance was disgusting at best. Except for the courteous and professional manner that the representative Jennifer displayed, the overall experience was horrible. A service I would never use again..

I paid to deliver the flowers before 10:30 am and the flowers arrived at 12:30.
I will call fromyouflowers.com to get that money back.

I use this service a couple of times a year and I will continue to use them. I am quite satisfied with their products, service and responsiveness.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
