I was absolutely thrilled with the flowers that were sent to my daughter. Not only were the flowers fresh and colorful, but the vase was an extra special touch. The flowers were delivered as promised and every step of the process was conveyed to me through e-mail. This is by far the most professional florist with which I have worked. I ordered flowers to be delivered same day and that didn't happen do to some glitches. But I was informed about this in a timely manner and this was handled as professionally as it could be. The person I talked to on the phone was great and I appreciated the $15 off next order. Thank you!

If a customer pays for same day delivery regardless of cost then it is a service that needs to be provided, honestly the best part was customer service who I shouldn't of had to contact if you had just provided a service. Wasn't to happy with delivery reimbursement maybe a 1/3 partial refund would have been more satisfactory but this is my opinion

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered in the morning, they were not delivered until 4:30 pm. This was upsetting but the flowers are beautiful.
