I ordered the day before $19.99 "florist" choice and paid extra to have them there before noon. Price went up to $23.00, $14.99 delivery fee plus the $4.99 to get there before noon. I had to call at 3:20 p.m. To find out where the flowers were. The recipient had left her apartment and didn't return until 10:00 p.m. The $4.99 to get there before noon was a scam, along with the initial cost AND the delivery fee! Most places would deliver there for $7.00. I called and held for 13 minutes before someone could help me. Then, you couldn't credit my paypal account back without my husband's approval? Really. Why wouldn't he want his money back if you didn't do what you said you would? Thank you.
WAS LED TO BELIEVE BY YOUR ADVERTISEMENT THAT THESE FLOWERS WOULD BE HAND DELIVERED...THEY WERE IN FACT DROPPED OFF OUTSIDE HER DOOR BY UPS...WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF SOMEONE HAD JUST HAPPENED BY AN TOOK THEM...I GUESS WE WILL NEVER KNOW...SO YOUR ADS ARE MISS LEADING

Arrangement was very pretty and exactly as pictured. Birthday gal was delighted and everyone wanted to know where I got them.
Your site is very easy to use. The pictures were great and I was able to chose an arrangement I know my Mother will love.
Their customer service is horrible! I made an order around 4 pm for flowers to be sent the next day... The flowers were never delivered. Now, I do understand that there are issues that arise and problems can occur, but that did not explain why I was not informed of any issues until 2 days after I made the order. My email and phone number were provided, but I received no contact until the day AFTER the flowers were supposed to be delivered. This, I seen no excuse for.
I finally received an automated emailed the day after saying that they were sorry, but the flowers were not delivered. As a weak excuse of a consolation, they offered a gift certificate for $10, that would not even be enough to pay for their $15 shipping prices, and for the flowers to be attempted to be delivered again with and note of apology.
When I emailed them back to see why they could not have told be prior to failing to have the flowers delivered, they said that they tried calling but someone answered the phone and said it was the wrong number. This was a complete lie. And even if it wasn't a blatant lie, why did they not email me till the day after it was supposed to be delivered?!
Conclusion:
If you want your flowers delivered the actual day you scheduled to have them delivered, then pick another shop. Customer communication and service is a joke.
Very dissatisfied. Three iris' and 6 tulips. The picture showed about 12 or 16 iris'. I think I want a refund for full amount, especially the handling fees, which handled the order poorly. I purposely went for the delux choice to be extra full, and you sent 3 iris'

Sent these to my daughter and she thought it was wonderful, beautiful, just perfect. She has received other flowers now and then but none as great as this.

Though I like the web site and flowers received were what was ordered, I chose to deluxe the order. If that was a deluxe order then I wouldn't want to see what the smaller order would have been. As for the box of chocolates I could have picked the same for half the price at the super market. So I have to say no, I was totally not satisfied. Will think twice before ordering again.

I used your services online because it offered low and reasonable prices and same day/next day delivery. I ordered 2 product items ( 1 plant and 1 flower arrangement) for my mother's birthday and who is in a surgical floor unit of a hospital in Honolulu. I requested for a next day delivery ( 3/9/15) which was available for both items. The plant with balloon was delivered on time as scheduled but the flowers was not. Upon contacting customer service, asking why the plants was delivered but not flowers, the response I received was that the delivery could not be made because the recipient is in an Intensive Care Unit and any type of floral delivery is prohibited. Once again, upon contacting customer service asking why the plants were delivered but not the plant. I also informed CS that my mother was not in an ICU. I told CS that if the flowers cannot be delivered the following day ( 3/10), I demanded a full refund of that particular order. I then received a response stating that the flowers will be delivered and the local florist will confirm upon delivery. I expected some kind of explanation and an apology for the inconvenience that they have caused but I did not, and for this reason, I will most likely not use your services again nor recommend it to anyone. If I would have received some kind of explanation and apology as I stated above, I would have given a better rating and would consider using your services again. Thank you, Sincerely, Daniel Jamora
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
