I was very disappointed with the service

I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered sympathy flowers in the morning for an evening visitation. The flowers never arrived. I contacted customer service that evening and they replied telling me that the delivery did not occur due to the bad weather. I requested that the delivery be made the following day for the memorial service from 12-1 pm. The following morning I requested a status report from customer service and they told me at 10:00 am that the florist had sent my order out for a "timely" delivery. I did receive a confirmation email from customer service after 1:30 pm stating that the flowers had been delivered (obviously a form letter since it had the previous day's date). However, when I checked with a family member present at the memorial service, he told me there were no new flowers delivered since the previous evening's visitation. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. While customer service did respond within the hour as they advertised, their assertions of "satisfaction guaranteed" and "same day delivery" are not true. Even with the bad weather, the florist should have contacted customer service to inform them they were not making deliveries that day. Then customer service could have provided another florist or at least let me know they could not complete my order so I could have made other arrangements myself.

The flowers that I ordered for my mother's birthday were not available. I ordered them in time for the guarantee delievery, however did not get notification that they would not be delievered until 2pm on the date of delivery. It was disappointing being that I am in another state and wanted these flowers to be there for my mothers birthday. So I was told that the flowers would be upgraded and sent the next day. After recieving pictures of the flowers it did not appear that they were upgraded. ( I have ordered from the company in the past) and I just wasnt happy with the flowers. Its dishearting to spend over $50 for flowers and not have them delievered when expected and not be pleased once they are delievered. I feel like I should have been offered something more.
