I was unhappy that I was originally advised the order was delivered and it had nor been.
I did a same day order and it was guaranteed same day. Although I paid the extra for same day delivery they didn't do same day delivery. But I did get an apology on my parents anniversary card stating it was meant for the day I requested. So that helped.
The order process itself was great. Delivery, however, was a day late. Order placed in 3/10 to be delivered on 3/11. Spoke with shop responsible for delivery and they said it was a same day order...it wasn't.
Glad the shipping fee was waived,but dissapointed that it didnt arrive on time
I was very pleased with the service that I received. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I will be ordering from Fromyouflowers again in the future.
A little confusing at first
Fast, easy and affordable
I was very pleased with the 12 long stem roses my mother received. They were even more beautiful than the picture online! I really wanted her to get them before she went to work and they were delivered in the morning so she got them on time...this was the best part! So happy with this company and the amazing service, I would recommend this place anytime!
