The picture was much prettier than what was delivered and I chose the highest end amount of flowers. The flowers looked good but the vase looked cheap and nothing like the vase in the picture.

I have to say that I was apprehensive at first that the flowers and box of chocolates I ordered would look the same once delivered. But, the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful and great quality. They were delivered to my mom at the hospital within four hours of me submitting the order online. My mom loved them and most importantly they made her smile. Oh, and the chocolates were delicious according to my dad. The easy online ordering process was great as well. I would definitely recommend as well as utilize ordering flowers again fromyouflowers.com.
So far today, if they deliver the correct product, I will be a happy customer. The last time, they did not call or email me informing me that my flowers were not in stock.
Service an handling fee is almost as expensive as the flowers
There were about 1/3 the amount of flowers in my order than in the picture of what I was ordering. And they were a bit wilted.
My order vs actual flowers received a bit off - I expected more lilies, but only saw 2 versus several on the picture. Delivery was excellent.
Good experience overall. The recipient of the flowers said the bouquet was lovely and abundant. The "surprise" issue for me was the $14.99 service/handling fee that wasn't evident until the very end of the purchase transaction. I believe in billing transparency and it should be made known upfront that there is a service/handling fee and the amount of that fee. If that fee was listed during early part of the transaction process and I somehow failed to see it, then I would retract that criticism.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
