My flowers were not able to be delivered on the day that I chose but the office called to apologize and said they will deliver it the very next morning and as an apology they upgraded my bouquet to a larger size at no charge. I am very pleased with the service and I will order from them again.

There was a tremendous difference between what I ordered and what was received. After frequent emails back and forth with customer service, they graciously offered to deliver new flowers closer to those pictured on the website. Although the bouguet was very nice and even larger than the one that I had ordered, it still looked nothing like the one on the website. I suggest that Flowers For You find another florist to fill their orders...a florist that looks on the website to see how the arrangement is supposed to look.
It was quick and easy. The product was better than expected and arrived the day I ordered. Will use this site again and again.
It looked good but I got it for my GF for her birthday and specifically asked for it to be delivered Friday and it got delivered the Wednesday before. Wasn't too happy about it.
It is tough to fill out this evaluation if I had flowers delivered far away and I have no contact with the recipient.

The order was placed around 11 am on 3/10/15. I paid extra for same day delivery. As of 4:40pm on 3/11/15- the flowers had not been delivered. I wrote an email to that effect. The flowers were then delivered at 7:30pm that evening. How would you feel? I was told there was going to be an apology to the recipient...there wasn't so I look like I was just dragged my feet with the order when I hadn't. She said that the flowers were beautiful...I won't see them so I hope she wasn't saying that just to make me feel better.

The flowers were much smaller than I thought they would be and there was no size listed on the page. No one ever answered the phone so I finally hung up and just placed the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
