Second order in two days. Both orders had problems. Two of the three customer representatives were very professional and did their best to solve the issues.
I had my son take a picture of the arrangement. It made up of pink & yellow & rred carnations with yellow daisies& lots of filler. I called the 800 number and the rhetoric I got from your marketing specialist Christopher was annoying. I was offered 25% refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor 4 times and was placed on hold and Christopher returned with another offer. I was on the phone for thirty minutes. I am completely dissatisfied with the flower arrangement & this company. Don't waste your time or money. The photos of their fllowers look NOTHING like what was delivered.

I was very upset that the delivery address was wrong and nobody contacted me. I was very upset that I had to call several times to check on the delivery, get the address fixed and get my delivery 1 day late. The prices of the flowers and quality are good. But to pay 15.00 in delivery and get it a day late I was very unhappy

Not very happy at all with the order my friend received from you that I purchased. It was an order of tulips in a beautiful clear vase. Once arrived the tulips count was about 9 and was NOT portioned to the vase. The vase looked as if it came from the dollar store for.50. The tulips were pretty in color of pink and yellow that is all.i was very disappointed. The price was reasonable however at the end it was all deceiving when you added the 20.00 extra processing fee plus the 4 or 5 dollar delivery fee. Was to be delivered power your email from 9-6 and was actually after that. So for about $50.00 I was embarrassed and can assure you that I will not order from you again. My $20. Flowers turned into to$50.00 and not worth it so now I have to spend more money to make up that embarrassment. So no thanks to you.!
This was the 1st time I used fromyouflowers, and it was to send my Granddaughter our gift on her 7th birthday. It turned out to be very very special for her. Even though I did not see the arrangements myself only through picture I've heard that it was nice. When I saw the picture of the Flower Cake it was slightly different that what I saw on your website. But thanks for a prompt delivery. Hoping to use your site again. Thanks!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
