The delivery woman was very polite. I cannot begin to describe how deeply unhappy I am with such an unprofessional arrangement. I could buy flowers from a grocery store, sling them in a vase, and do a horrid job tying the bow. This arrangement was NOTHING as described or pictured: NOTHING! Cheap yellow daisies instead of white tulips as shown? Shame on you!

To be honest I did not see the arrangement they were ordered for a sick co-worker.
But from what I'm told they are very pretty.

My moms vase was cut off and instead of birthday it said 'you say it's your bj' not the best present for my mom. I couldn't figure out how to contact customer service.

I ordered same-day delivery Tuesday. I received a call that afternoon saying the florist couldn't deliver until Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, but the flowers were still weren't delivered. It's at the customer service email and follow up phone call for the flowers finally arrived Thursday afternoon.

You should not surprise people with the 14.99 service and handling fee.
Fairly easy. Paid extra to have delivered by noon at 4pm they called to say they were having hard time finding a florist. Then when given a different address did not offer same day service

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
