When there was an issue with delivery, I was contacted by the driver who got frustrated and argued with me and then hung up on me. Then later contacted by a customer service rep who left a message. When I called back minutes later to find out what was going on, I was hung up on 3 times while talking to different reps to resolve the issue. After finally getting the address changed, the flowers were not delivered on the date I was promised after I had paid for same day delivery and delivery within 4 hours.
I paid for the large teddy bear and received the medium. Customer service refunded $5.00 to me and a $20.00 credit to be used toward your site again. The fact that you charge $20.00 for the medium bear is outrageous. The size of that bear was $7.00 at best. On your website you do not show that size of the bears to compare. If I had know they were that ridiculously small I wouldn't have purchased any. I will purchase flowers from you again but never stuffed animals. You seriously overcharge.
The plant was not delivered before noon as requested and paid for. I also did not receive a discount with no shipping charges as advertised.

I originally looked up 1 800 Flowers and was shocked! At the total when I was in the checkout screen - they wanted to charge a 16.99 service fee plus 2 or 3 other fees and taxes. My total at check out for a simple 49.99 order of flowers totaled 71.00! I removed my credit card info and found your website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
