For one your site is easy to access, please understand that I am a 69 y/o technology challenge individual, but I had no problem ordering from your site.
It was important to me that the flowers arrived on the day designated because my relatives were returning to NJ from a funeral and I wanted to convey that I was thinking about them, so thank you very much for delivering in a timely manner. One other important aspect is that the prices are very reasonable, for a retired person on a fixed income that is a plus.

Quick and painless!
The arrangement delivered was drastically scaled back from what was pictured and purchased.
They delivered an arrangement with a few carnations and very unattractive filler flowers not worthy of the price paid.
They basically pocketed the money I paid with a cheaper arrangement and I will not stand for this as a consumer.
The florist simply extended their apologies and didn't make it right by providing an arrangement worthy of what was paid and the website promised.
I will unfortunately not choose to use their services again in the Columbus area based on this experience.
Additional insight, I ordered a 2nd arrangement same day.
The Michigan florist delivered an amazingly beautiful arrangement. Which I paid less for it through this site.
The issue was the florist.
I contacted Customer Service and they offered a 10.00 gift certificate?! Why in the world would I choose to purchase again in the Columbus area knowing the 1st arrangement was unacceptable.
This only would happen if the florist would honor and re-deliver an arrangement worthy of what I truly purchased. I even said they could replace with a carnation and mini carnation arrangement of their own design. They should stand behind their business and make it right. If they choose not to than they don't deserve my business.
You need to tell us about the15 service/handling charge up front. Not after it is ordered. Don't try to say it only costs this much when it really costs15 more.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
