The company has garnered significant negative feedback regarding its customer service and product delivery. Common complaints include late deliveries, poor-quality flowers, and unresponsive support, leading to customer frustration and disappointment. Many customers have reported receiving arrangements that did not match their orders, contributing to feelings of being misled. Conversely, a small number of reviews highlight satisfaction with the quality and variety of flowers when orders are fulfilled correctly. Overall, the prevailing sentiment suggests a lack of reliability and accountability, indicating a critical need for improvements in service and product consistency.

You're the best.
Love the Amazon payments and all, but please tell about the service fee up front. Makes the prices not all they are cracked up to be.
I felt the delivery fee was a little high. That may a standard for the floral industry but it really added to the overall cost of the flower arrangement.
I purchased flowers from this site after reading all the reviews, fully expecting the worst. However, their prices are reasonable and I needed their next day delivery service. Somehow they duplicated my order, so the recipient received two bouquets! Both were delivered around 2PM. Luckily they did not even charge me for the second one. The flowers were beautiful and much bigger than the size I had actually paid for.
I have no idea how I managed to get lucky with this website! I guess it really just depends on where your recipient is, because this website contracts out to local florists. If your area has good florists like I'm guessing mine has, then you probably will encounter very good service. If not, then there will be problems. But if you're ordering in Massachusetts/NH then I recommend :)
Recipient said they were lovely and smelled great
Great prices, great product, delivered on time
It has always been awesome.
They had the exact flowers and colors that we were looking for! A FromYouFlowers representative followed up on my correspondence by contacting the local florist to make sure that the local florist maintained the desired color scheme.
So far my experience is good. I have order floweres before from here and the flowers showed up late. The next day from the delivery day. Giving it another try. You have beautiful flowers to choose from and great prices. I'm not sure if it because it came from a small town florist but it looked nothing like What I picked. The flowers were pretty but I was disappointed or the look. Thank you for what you did do.
The flowers were beautiful, the price was good and the ease of ordering online was great. However, I ordered two hours before the same day delivery cut-off on a bouquet that was advertised boldly as SAME DAY DELIVERY and I received confirmation one hour and 45 minutes before the cut-off time that the flowers would be delivered on that day. Even so, they were delivered around 4:00 the next day. A full 27 hours after I had placed the order. Note that I was charged extra because of the "same day delivery".
This whole thing was most unfortunate because I was sending the flowers to my mother-in-law in remembrance of the death of my father-in-law. Having the flowers delivered on such a hard day for her was the whole point. Additionally, having them arrive a day late makes it look like I don't even remember when he passed.
I called customer service and I was told that their records showed that the flowers were delivered the day before. This is not true. I have since checked with my mother-in-law and she was home the entire afternoon that day and there was no delivery, nor attempted delivery. Plus, they had her phone number, so they could have called if there was an issue, but did not and she lives in a home in residential neighborhood where it would have been quite okay to leave the flowers on the porch (not that it would have been necessary since SHE WAS HOME THE WHOLE TIME). Anyway, the customer service representative did not argue with me, even though her records showed same day delivery. She apologized and refunded the same day delivery charge and 20% of my charges and then send a $15 coupon on a future order via email. I don't think I will use the coupon since I don't think I will use fromyouflowers.com again, but it was a nice gesture.
Easy!
I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered between 8a-noon and they were not delivered until 2:30p.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
