I have used this company before as my mum lives abroad, the flowers are as advertised, fresh and great value for money.
The flowers were beautiful! The custom vase with the photo was lovely except the second line of the printing on the bottom was cut in half.
Prices should more accurately reflect what I ended up paying. I went in with the intention of ordering 2 bouquets under30 ea so my total would be60ish. I selected 2 of the 23.99 priced flower arrangements but with 14.99 fees it was over80! There has to be a way to warn of those prices before reviewing final order when I've typed in addresses and notes, etc.then same day delivery service got cancelled or didn't work out. So very unhappy.

The flower did not arrive until 430pm and I am not sure how they looked by then. I called in and was told they were on the truck at 11am so I'm guessing they were wilted. I was also told my your customer care that the florist didn't speak English and the best she could tell me is it's on the truck. It was really rude. I will not use this service again.
As the description says " Blue & White" spray well it was purple and white there was no blue bow as shown in the picture. Over all I was not happy with my order. It was pretty but not for a man.
I wish it would have told me shipping charges up front (or estimate anyway)
Hello. I was a first time user of your services. Ordered flowers that cost nearly $60.00, delivered next day by UPS. But the flowers were a colossal disappointment for the recipient. Roses were dead, and Sunflowers were half dead.
Very disappointed as a first time client; however, when I contact customer service, I was treated with respect and sincerity of apology for the disappointing first time experience. Hopefully the recipient will get new flowers (as indicated by cust ser rep), and I did receive a gift cert for $15.00 off my next purchase.

So far the experience has gone smoothly, hopefully shipping is speedy. The shipping for very quick, however the item purchased did not resemble the item pictured. Rather than a cute brown bear, the patient received a small, cheap looking (think fair prize), non-furry, glasses wearing white bear which arrived in a bag. It was quite a disappointment and I wish I had chosen another company. I count this as a learning experience.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
