The whole reason I purchased these flowers was because I was promised same-day delivery. The flowers WERE NOT delivered on the same day; rather, they came the next day. The whole reason I bought from fromyouflowers.com was to receive the flowers on the same day, and I also paid the price to receive the flowers from fromyouflowers.com on the same day. However, fromyouflowers.com did not fulfill its promise since the flowers were delivered 1 day late. Thus, since fromyouflowers.com did not keep their promise, I will certainly not be using fromyouflowers.com's services again.

I was disappointed in the size and amount of candy in the basket...less than picture showed... I was sent a picture from my daughter in law of what my son received...was disappointed for the price...and the basket wasn't as nice...as shown...balloons were nice...
Arrangement (ordered for my friend whos father passed) was a lot smaller looking than what I actually ordered (deluxe) especially when it was supposed to be a free upgrade for not making the delivery date. I have a picture of the arrangement if needed. CS Rep was awesome, said will refund me 15% and a $20 gift card. Would be nice if your website broke down the number of each flower that come in each size/arrangement.
My loving boyfriend ordered flowers for my birthday a week prior and they were scheduled to be delivered on my birthday. Not only were they a day late but they also were practically dead. This is the worst display of flowers I have ever seen in my life. The petals were a mix of brown and pink, basically falling off. My boyfriend and I were disappointed. I cannot imagine someone purposefully placing half dead flowers in a box and think it's okay.
My boyfriend reached out to From You Flowers to complain about the horrible flowers received and they offered to redeliver. Clearly they meant deliver the same dead flowers because that's exactly what I received. When I received the new flowers, they were worse than the original. I was then so upset that I contacted the company directly to complain about their horrible product, only to receive an e-mail from the customer service representative stating they have "honored a redelivery due to the poor quality of the original arrangement". It's obvious that they are not familiar with the term honored because nothing about the pathetic attempt made to rectify this situation was honorable.
As you can see through previous reviews, this is how they do business. I will NEVER order or recommend this company to anyone.

I hope your service is as promised. I ordered from a different florist 3 days ago and flowers were never delivered. This is a thinking of you bouquet. I didn't see a card for that and there wasn't enough room for all the names it was from so I out them on the card. I hope the see above signature does not appear on the card.

Delivery did not happen on the day it was required. Customer service said it would upgrade flowers to the next level and attach apology to flowers and deliver next day. No upgrade and no apology attached. Feel taken.
If you're sending flowers, you don't really know most of these details. You know if they arrived, and possibly roughly when the flowers arrived and maybe if they looked OK, and that's about it. (How many people say "thanks for sending the flowers and by the way, some of them were dead"?) Basically it's no news is good news. So I find this survey a little silly.
Good pictures and great choices
I ordered the largest size bouquet avaialble and was surprised at the actual size delivered...seemed small from the picture the recipient sent. It was also delivered a day late. Their customer service department did call and state they would not meet the delivery time, asked if it could be delivered the following day and offered a free upgrade, which I accepted. So I ordered the largest size and it was supposed to be upgraded and it still ended up on the small side.
Was very disappointed and will never order from you guys again...first off it didn't get there on time...so I call and they said they would upgrade it to bigger and it wasn't bigger
She loved it and it was on time and I was contacted when there was no answer at her door. The other positive is that they were willing to do a later delivery for me after finding out she wasn't home. The arrangement did not look as lush as pictured and some of the flowers looked wilting at the stem so I'm not sure I would order here again even though she thinks it is absolutely beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
