It does not tell you until the end that there is a $14.99 service/handling fee on every order/purchase. I am now skeptical but willing to give it a try...
Other than the extra charge everything else was great! The arrangement was absolutely spectacular and great quality. I would be 100% satisfied if not for the shipping and handling charges. I do recommend their beautiful flowers.

Delivered on time but Not sure if I missed some fine print... the flowers were shipped from a completely different city than Austin TX (surprise #1),in a box with vase and no water(surprise #2) and my daughter had to arrange them(surprise #3) sooooo I am asking her to keep me posted as to how the flowers holdup/last. At that point I will have a better idea of if this company does a good job and has quality flowers.
When there was a problem with the order delivery, I was given excellent accommodations for the inconvenience. I would definitely use them again.
An order placed March 11,2015 for next-day delivery was very, very delayed, arriving at the end of the day. Your phones were set to pre-recorded systems and your website said order tracking was not possible. However, I sent you an email stressing the importance of getting this floral delivery to a handicapped woman, and within an hour she got it. My email may have had nothing to do with the eventual delivery. Better late than never.
I've seen a photograph of the flowers delivered and I'll need, and will use, your site again. In fact, you'll be hearing from me on April 29th.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
