My father sent a photo. The flowers that he received were MUCH SMALLER than the ones I ordered. I feel they sent the smallest arrangement, even though I had ordered (and paid for) a much fuller one. I wonder how many times they do this? People pay for the larger ones and then the smaller ones are sent. This most likely goes unchecked. Very disappointed.
It didn't really look like the picture. The colors in the bouquet didn't look good together and they weren't evenly distributed
I tried to get a photo vase and it would not pass the preview page. It loaded completely but each time would not pass that particular page. I tried more than 6 times and over the course of 2 hours before giving up and getting a traditional glass vase. The flowers were nice in color and bloom but the arrangement was somewhat sloppy..
I was a little upset when I made the initial order. As I did so I saw an ad on the website saying I could save 20% if I paid through google. After making my order I did this and found I did NOT get any additional savings. I had to go back and redo my order which was tedious and disappointing.
Flower photos are small and not very sharp in imagine. Flowers arrived next day as scheduled. Hiccup, my area didn't carrier the pitcher that was needed for the flower arrangement so plan B had to be use. Vase was okay but small from the photo. Think the florist could have chosen a better size. Minor detail. We switched the flowers to a better vase and all was fine. Fromyouflowers.com did offer credit and was very professional about the matter. I would consider using them again.

Also, the attached card read incorrectly, because no one called the florist to confirm. I received two emails confirming what I wanted, but it was still done wrong.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
