Everything was perfect.

The bouquet that was delivered wasn't the one I ordered online.
We found it easy to order on your website, however, we feel the bouquet was not like the one we selected. The vase was not the right color, and the arrangement was not the same as the picture we chose from. Certainly not worth the money spent!

Update:
Contacted customer service dept to verify delivery. They replied back within an hour of my email to let me know my order had been delivered the morning after my order was placed. I don't actually know what the arrangement looked like, (how it compared to the picture referenced on the web site) since it was being sent to a hospital room where only family was allowed in and I wasn't going to bother them about it. They had more important things to worry about than what a flower arrangement looked like.
I will use this company again.
The vase was red not purple like the picture other than that she loved them
I used this service only once before and my Mother in law loved her fruit basket. However, this purchase was for my sister and the basket only contained apples, oranges and grapefruit. I was disappointed that there were not more of a variety of fruit.
I made a mistake in date I needed my flowers delivered...Sent them an email, and recieved an immediate response and they quickly took care of my order and set it for the correct date...excellent customer service...they will get all my flower orders in the future...:)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
