Customer Service was kind enough to call me let me know that some flowers had not been available for the bouquet I ordered and asked if they could substitute other flowers that would be comparable to the price I paid. The recipient was very satisfied with their bouquet. I will use fromyouflowers.com in the future.

The arrangement was very bare for the amount of money I paid. I had to go to the store to buy more flowers to fill in. The card was very cheap looking, printed on a quarter sheet of colored paper. You are not able to type the card the way you want it to read or easily edit it. Even though I called the order number for advice and typed it exactly the way I wanted it, when I pressed enter it all ran together. I hoped that the person filling the order could see this and print it correctly but that did not happen. I had the flowers delivered to my home to make sure they were looking good before delivering them to the funeral home and I am very glad that I did.
My daughter said the flowers were beautiful BUT they were not delivered on her birthday as ordered but the next day. I was disappointed in that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
