Customer Service was kind enough to call me let me know that some flowers had not been available for the bouquet I ordered and asked if they could substitute other flowers that would be comparable to the price I paid. The recipient was very satisfied with their bouquet. I will use fromyouflowers.com in the future.

Good except the delivery time

Good except the delivery time. Should have delivered by 600pm. Called at 730. Deliverer posted that he had delivered them when they were not. They were contacted and they said they would be there in 20 min. When they actually did show up until 830. Very disappointed at the delivery time.

The arrangement was very bare for the amount of money I paid. I had to go to the store to buy more flowers to fill in. The card was very cheap looking, printed on a quarter sheet of colored paper. You are not able to type the card the way you want it to read or easily edit it. Even though I called the order number for advice and typed it exactly the way I wanted it, when I pressed enter it all ran together. I hoped that the person filling the order could see this and print it correctly but that did not happen. I had the flowers delivered to my home to make sure they were looking good before delivering them to the funeral home and I am very glad that I did.
