What was sent was not what I ordered. And it didn't look the same as the your website picture. Instead of birthday candles they were huge tapers. I am not very happy with the product.

It was very difficult to navigate on my ipad
The delivery was not delivered on the promised day. Then it was delivered the next day to the home rather than the hospital at 9am before he was released and it sat outside all day. Could have all been avoided if you honored your same day delivery.
I loved the personalized photo vase
The arrangement looked beautiful online but I did not get to see it in person. It was delivered a little later than I had expected but the person that received the flower arrangement said it was beautiful.
