Delivery was delayed. I was contacted by customer service who advised that they were not able to have the florist deliver that day and that it would be the next day before the delivery could be made. This was a birthday delivery and did not arrive on the recipient's birthday. :(

I paid a small same day delivery fee but a couple of day later I found out that my order was delivered the following day, not the same day. I'm unhappy about that because I was not notified that there would be a delay in the delivery.

The flowers were a birthday gift and were delivered in South Dakota. As I was ordering, the web site indicated I could receive same day delivery, so I paid for same day delivery, but then received an email that they could not be delivered until the following day. They did arrive and I was told they were beautiful. However, while I am glad they arrived and my daugher-in-law thought they were beautiful, I was disappointed that the same day service turned out to not be available. However, as I did receive notificatgion and I understand that a note of apology and an arrangement upgrade were provided, I am not totally dissatified, just a little disappointed.
Absolutely disgusted, disappointed, frustrated and angry at the tragic, pathetic arrangement that didn't even vaguely resemble the arrangement I ordered! Florist foam was showing all over the arrangement! It was horrible and I was heartbroken for my daughter who received this garbage for her birthday! Will NEVER use this company again EVER!

Selection is great. But they don't tell you about a15.00 service charge until your ready to place the order. The service charge should be noted somewhere other than the review order page.
I loved the service, but I think the delivery service is very steeply priced.
You guys were the most reasonable priced florist online that I could find, with nicer plants. Easy check out too, thanks! However you were not able to deliver to the funeral home on time and then it was a couple of days before getting the plant to the home. And she said the plant had two different kinds in it when the picture showed 3 to 4 different kinds in it. But she said it was a pretty plant.

I paid for same day delivery but did not receive it and did not get a refund for the extra charge. I find this to be stealing. Don't advertise you can do something add an extra fee and then fail to deliver.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
