I wish there were more selections for kids. I searched for a get well gift for boys. The only thing I could find was that teddy bear. Something like super heroes. Action figure toys, etc. the same for girls and princesses. Etc. Thank you!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a teddy bear. I also ordered with those a helium get well balloon. When my sister received these first off I'm glad she is a girl as the bear wasn't the brown that was pictured - it was white and pink - but not such nice luck with the balloon - it was for a man with a mallard duck on it. I was very disappointed I felt like my order was just slapped together by some non/English speaking kid. I will say that the flowers were nice though.
I ordered same day flowers and they were delivered the next day only after I called and talked to 5 different people. Customer service is rude. I called to see where my order was and they said they called the florists and they said it was on it way. I then received a email that my order had been delivered and had been signed for and the person had not even got the flowers and they had not even left the florists. I called 5 times and they finally canceled my order to use another florists because the first florists refers to make a early run and the order was suppose to be delivered the day before. When the order was finally delivered it was not what I paid for. It was way smaller then what I picked. I will never use this company again and will never refer them to anyone.

I had to contact the local flower company and Fromyouflowers numerous times just to get my order correct. It was ridiculous. I had to tell four or five different people the same thing. When I had to reschedule my order since they didn't deliver the first day, it almost didn't even make it for that day. AND! They were late! My order should've been towards the top of the list. One of the worst experiences and runarounds I've had to deal with from a flower company. Mistakes happen, but over and over again is unnecessary.
The person I sent the flowers commented that they light up the room. My only complaint was that I had to pay an additional $12.99 because I was unable to have the flowers sent on the 12th, 13th or the 16th.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
