The person I sent the flowers commented that they light up the room. My only complaint was that I had to pay an additional $12.99 because I was unable to have the flowers sent on the 12th, 13th or the 16th.
Very easy to deal with-great price, excellent product
I ordered same day delivery. Flowers were delivered same day but not until late in the evening long after my wife left work at 5. Worse than that however, I paid $60 for a "premium" arrangement an received a very small arrangement that really did not resemble what I ordered. Very disappointed. I would include pictures here but apparently I can't.
Didn't like that I payed extra for the flowers to be delivered before 12 and they didn't come until after 12.
Friendly and easy to use
This was the worse experience I have ever had. I order flowers often from another company but wanted to try your because I needed same day delivery. Our order was supposed to be delivered on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday and it wasn't even the flowered promised. I am very embarrassed by the flowers delivered. Costumer service was very rude to me on the phone and wouldn't not allow me to talk to a supervisior, my husband had to get on the phone to get things taken care of. This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again!

Wow what a bad experience. Payed extra for delivery before 12...didnt happen. Called cust service and they were very hostile and told me they would deliver by 6pm...6 hours later than i payed for. Asked to have them delivered to my home address because they were for my wifes graduation gift, and they didnt even knock on the door just left the flowers on the ground and i finally found them. When i brought them in the roses were not even the right color for what i chose and they were wilted and brown around the edges. The stargazer lillies were all closed buds! So you couldnt even see them. Called cust serv back and hey said that i couldnt get a refund for more than 20 %! I want a complete refund!
I was sent an e-mail saying I would receive free shipping on this order but when I clicked on the link it went to an error page. I tried several times and still the same result.
I ordered 3 balloons only got one but was charged for 3.call shop and they acted like it was no big deal. 19 yr anv. Is pretty big deal.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
