The bouquet had no resemblance to what was ordered. I emailed photo to *******@fromyouflowers.com. It was returned undelivered because recipients server did not accept. I plan to call again next week as I don't believe from you flowers would have expected that from florist

I would like for the options of balloons look closer to the one on the picture. The reason I choose that one, was exactly the variety of balloon shapes and prints and it was not what was delivered.

They loved them. But the picture of they flowers I picked were not what was sent. I wanted what I saw. The flowers that were sent were all a pink bouquet. The ones I "brought" were yellows, with a yellow, green, orange ribbon. Spring colors.

I placed an order for a gift basket Friday, March 13th with a same day delivery guarantee if the order was placed by 3:00. I received a phone call that afternoon from someone within your company stating the gift basket could not be delivered that day. The person did not leave a phone number in his voice mail. I attempted to call your customer service department that I found online several times, only to be placed on hold and unable to get a live person. I then sent an email to verify when the order would be delivered and was told it would be the next day. Which was very upsetting because the recipient was due to be discharged. I then requested the gift basket be delivered to his home address. I received an email that the address was changed and the order would be delivered to his home. I was finally able to get through to Mark, the recipient and he said the order was not delivered to his home, was delivered to the hospital (Saturday). He had no idea who the gift basket was from because the gift basket card was in 3 parts, the front with his name and address, on the next page a blurb about the company and its excellence, blah, blah, blah. Then on the back, next page, and upside down my get well message with my name. So, he had no idea who the gift basket was from because it was not clearing placed for his to see. Why would he have to search for the gift tag?! He had just had major surgery and was on morphine.
I am very upset and will never refer anyone to your company. I am requesting a full refund because of all mishaps and mistakes that happened with my order.
I also want the name and email address of the manager and owner of the company. I want to forward this email to them to make them aware of my experience with Fromyouflowers.

I wish you had a way to inform the customer about the price of handling & prep. This was a complete surprise to me during the final process of payment and I would have cancelled and gone to a local florist at that point except it was too late.
It was quick and easy. I hope my dish garden will look like the picture shown.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
