I had called at around 3:00pm to find out the status of the delivery and the customer service rep could not provide any information. I had thought based on the description that the tulips would have been a nice size flower, however they were quite small.

I ordered an all-white funeral wreath to be sent to the funeral home on March 10,2015. It arrived promptly. HOWEVER, the wreath that I viewed on the website had a description that included ROSES in addition to the pom poms and carnation flowers. The photo of the wreath showed the roses as well as the description mentioned the wreath having roses. While the wreath that was delivered was lovely, I feel duped that I paid for roses and none were included. I contacted Customer Service the next day and was told I would be receiving a 20% off discount coupon as well as $15. Off my next purchase. To date I haven't received this in a confirmation e-mail. I'd like to use this credit to purchase a birthday floral gift for my mother-in-law, but am a bit hesitant that the flowers won't be as ordered. My sister had issues with her order as well.

Flowers did not make it by noon which I paid for. Flowers look nothing like the online photo, I was then told that the florist did the best they could or they have sent anything.
