Order was received but only half the number of flowers were in the arrangement. I feel I was cheated.
It was a pretty arrangement, not exactly like the picture on line. It did have similar flowers but a different vase and color scheme.
So far so good, let's see when its delivered. She loved them!
Thank-you for a great deal. Sent flowers to my friend that lives in Utah for her Birthday. She called after receiving them. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. Sure made me happy! Also, as you mentioned on my order, she would receive them before 2:00 in the afternoon, and she did.

Dear Sir and/or Madam:
I am writing to express my sincere disappointment in the basket I recently ordered for my daughter. It was to be a basket full of "junk food" fit for any teenager and her friends. Not only was this a birthday gift, but her band was performing on Friday and she was to share with her friends.
I've attached two pictures, one from your website and the other is the picture of the basket she received. Not only did she explain that there were no more than 8-10 items in the basket, but that most of it was either peanut or peanut butter which none of the girls could eat.
While I did not expect the basket to look exactly like what's on the website, I did expect it to be comparable. I view this as complete false advertising. Yes, your website states "Components may vary" - but what she received was horrible and what I view to be completely misleading marketing.
If this is any representation of how you do business, rest assured you will not receive any additional business from me and I will ensure to tell both my personal and business acquaintances.

Delivered item was not what was pictured
The process for ordering was quite easy. I completed an order except for the payment and the company emailed me to remind me to complete it entirely. The flowers were shipped and the other party said that they were beautiful.
My sister loved her roses.
The flowers delivered do not look like the flowers I ordered online. I have been trying to review my original order, however, I believed my order included chocolates and a pink vase. Neither was included in the delivery.
Difficulty understanding fee structure for service and handling.
Saw flowers on yesterday and a few of the smaller roses were a crook at the point where the stem and flower meet.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
