I didn't see the floral arrangement, but my sister said it was beautiful, and the container is something she is looking forward to re-using.

One question--I paid a little bit extra to have the flowers delivered on Monday, but she didn't receive them until Tuesday.

Delivery Cost is hidden until the very last page. Why not show this upfront. Paid for before noon delivery and it arrived after 12. Finally if the bunch she was delivered was the premium package I feel sorry for the person that buys the normal one. That must consist of two flowers has this was not much bigger.

Customer service answered me back within an hour and assured me an email would be sent when the balloons were delivered, and they kept their promise. I am very impressed by this company and their service.
I had no problems at all to report. I have never ordered anything like this before and was a bit nervous, but was sent pictures of the balloons and they were what I expected to be delivered.
